How the 5 Star Ratings Work

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]There seems to be some confusion about the ratings attached to profiles on the site. Hopefully this will offer some explanation.[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Look at the feedback as more of a Royalty Ratings than reviews. There just isn’t enough space to allow long-winded assessments by people, so a star rating was set up.[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]The ratings tend to be a brag board for how happy clients are that see them. A majority of opinions that get expressed are strong ones, so the more opinions that appear mean there is a stronger reaction to the session that they had.[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]The system also allows a direct line to management about issues that arise. Not everyone feels comfortable confronting issues in person directly after a session and it also allows, in some cases, problem areas to be made aware of and rectified.[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]An attendant with many ratings in a short period of time will often mean moreĀ  sessions were had by rewards members and likely is popular . If an attendant has few ratings it could mean that she’s newer or doesn’t get seen by reward members as much.[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]As mentioned, the system is designed to make management aware of issues so that problem areas can be addressed. It wouldn’t make much sense to address an issue and have negative feedback posted about them. If there’s consistent issues, the attendant likely won’t be on the schedule long-term.[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]There has been dialogue started to update reviews to ratings though.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
